About the Opportunity:
If you have a background in Administration, have a good attention to detail, can multi task, and available to work 15-18 hours per week, then we want to hear from you.
HR Administration tasks will include:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including but not limited to photocopying, filing, data entry and maintenance of staff records.
- Preparation of corporate Orientation Packs.
- Preparation of New Starter Packs.
- Preparation of new Staff Personnel files.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Previous administrative experience in a HR environment would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated time management, organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft office package including word, excel.
- Demonstrated ability to use own initiative and work with minimal supervision.
Position requirements:
- Volunteer National Police Clearance.
